The Trasimeno lake
and its surroundings
In Umbria was and is possible to find a mystic and religious
substrate in many daily signs, idioms, relationships among

of votive images, shrines and little church often abandoned.
In each of this places arises a sanctuary that starts a
devotion movement still very alive: Mongiovino, Madonna
del Soccorso, Castel Rigone, Madonna delle Grondici, only
to mention the most evident.
